In this role, you will lead complex financial modeling, drive our annual budgeting processes, and act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and business development.
- Partner with department heads to identify cost-saving initiatives and revenue growth opportunities.
- Perform in-depth variance analysis, identifying key drivers and proposing corrective actions.
- Prepare high-level financial presentations for the Board of Directors and senior stakeholders.
- Streamline financial reporting workflows using advanced data visualization tools.
- Manage a high-performing team of financial analysts to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Demonstrated experience in SaaS or FinTech financial planning.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business narratives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
