Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Conduct in-depth financial modeling and scenario analysis to support capital allocation decisions and investment strategies.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.</li><li>Collaborate with the Risk Management team to identify emerging financial threats and develop mitigation strategies based on predictive analytics.</li><li>Automate complex reporting processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.</li><li>Interpret regulatory data to ensure full compliance with banking standards such as Basel III and Dodd-Frank regulations.</li><li>Present findings and insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science (Master’s degree preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a related role within the banking or financial services sector.</li><li>Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, along with strong programming skills in Python or R.</li><li>Solid understanding of financial instruments, market trends, and banking risk frameworks.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to translate raw data into strategic business insights.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li></ul>
