In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our financial infrastructure, driving fiscal discipline, and supporting our rapid expansion strategies.
You will work directly with the CFO to streamline operations, enhance reporting accuracy, and provide the analytical rigor necessary to scale our enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily accounting activities, including GL, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close process to ensure GAAP compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, variance analysis, and internal management reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals for annual filings.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Optimize cash flow management and treasury operations for domestic and international entities.
- Mentor and lead the accounting team to foster a culture of accuracy and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling/data manipulation).
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and corporate tax regulations.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth organizational environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
