Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
- Develop and maintain internal controls to guarantee compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors for seamless execution
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and cash flow forecasting operations
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and automation tools
- Prepare executive dashboards and financial presentations for C-suite leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA required
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in financial reporting, SOX compliance, and audit management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process automation initiatives
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting complex financial concepts
- Proven track record of optimizing financial operations in multinational corporations
