Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with precision
- Lead financial reporting initiatives including SEC filings and executive dashboards
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning and analysis
- Manage accounting operations including A/R, A/P, and payroll processes
- Mentor and develop high-potential finance professionals
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in public accounting and corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Proven experience leading cross-functional financial initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to operational detail
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
- Experience in financial services or investment management industry
