Responsibilities
- Direct all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive financial reports for executive management and board review.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard corporate assets and ensure GAAP compliance.
- Manage external audit relationships and tax filing processes.
- Develop financial models to support capital allocation and business growth strategies.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and regulatory financial reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and scaling financial operations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
