Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP/SEC regulations
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to support strategic business initiatives
- Manage treasury functions, cash flow optimization, and banking relationships
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and risk mitigation
- Direct cross-functional projects including system implementations and process improvements
- Mentor finance team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling
- Demonstrated experience in SEC reporting and public company compliance
- Strong leadership background with team management of 5+ professionals
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and variance reporting
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Experience in private equity or investment banking highly desirable
