Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Direct the annual external audit process and coordinate with tax professionals.
- Manage treasury operations and optimize liquidity strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to management to drive profitability and cost efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification required.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or public accounting.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate tax regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing finance teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.
