Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including month-end close, consolidation, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Manage banking relationships and optimize capital structure
- Mentor junior finance professionals and foster a high-performance culture
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 8+ years in corporate finance
- Proven experience in multinational financial reporting (IFRS)
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams
- Deep understanding of UK/EU regulatory frameworks
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
