- Oversee month-end closing processes and financial reporting for 50+ portfolio companies
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple business units
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities up to $50M
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required; MBA preferred
- 10+ years in public accounting or corporate finance with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record managing complex multi-entity financial operations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
