Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage GL operations, reconciliations, and internal controls
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies
- Mentor junior accounting staff and foster team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite/SAP) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership experience in team management
- Experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
