Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Develop and implement financial controls and reporting systems
- Analyze variance trends and provide strategic insights to leadership
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships
- Lead external audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Mentor junior finance professionals and drive process improvements
- Collaborate on M&A due diligence and integration activities
Qualifications
- CPA/MBA with 8+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Proven experience managing audit processes and regulatory filings
- Strong strategic financial modeling and analysis capabilities
- Excellent leadership skills with experience mentoring teams
- Big Four or multinational corporate finance background preferred
