Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial reporting
- Manage team of 5+ accounting professionals
- Coordinate external audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Prepare executive dashboards and financial analysis
- Optimize accounting systems and processes
- Drive continuous improvement in financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- 3+ years in leadership/supervisory role
- Expertise in GAAP and IFRS standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
