Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end month-end close processes for multi-asset portfolio
- Develop and implement financial controls ensuring SOX compliance
- Analyze variance reports and provide strategic financial insights to leadership
- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles for 15+ business units
- Manage treasury operations including cash positioning and liquidity management
- Mentor junior finance professionals through performance development plans
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in corporate finance/financial services
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Power BI
- Experience managing multi-currency portfolios and hedge fund accounting
- Demonstrated expertise in complex consolidation and intercompany transactions
- Strong leadership background with 3+ years managing finance teams
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and IFRS standards
- Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA preferred
