Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Implement internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and treasury operations
- Partner with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Mentor junior finance staff and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA required
- 8+ years in corporate finance with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and financial modeling
- Advanced Excel, SAP, and BI analytics skills
- Experience with Big Four firms or mid-sized corporations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
