Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Develop and maintain financial models for investment portfolios
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis cycles
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow, and banking relationships
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems
- Mentor finance team members and cross-functional stakeholders
- Present financial insights to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 8+ years in finance/controller roles
- Expertise in investment management accounting and SEC reporting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong background in financial modeling and variance analysis
- Demonstrated leadership managing finance teams of 5+
- MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
- Experience with multinational corporate structures
