Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Lead financial reporting and analysis for executive stakeholders
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with audit teams and regulatory bodies
- Mentor finance team members on technical best practices
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven experience managing high-volume accounting operations
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong leadership skills with 3+ years managing teams
- Experience with ERP implementation and optimization
- Background in financial services or private equity preferred
