- Lead SOX compliance initiatives and internal control improvements

- Mentor 3+ junior finance professionals
- Optimize ERP system utilization (SAP/Oracle focus)
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years progressive finance experience
- Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA
- Expertise in SEC reporting and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools (Alteryx/Power BI)
- Proven success managing audit processes with Big 4 firms
