Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting

- Mentor accounting staff and optimize financial workflows

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA required)
- 8+ years in progressive accounting leadership roles
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
- Strong experience in investment fund accounting
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in financial process optimization
