Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow, and banking relationships
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Mentor finance team members and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in finance/controller roles
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Proven leadership managing cross-functional finance teams
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Experience in private equity or investment management
