Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes including GL reconciliations and financial reporting
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance initiatives
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for strategic forecasting and budgeting
- Manage cross-functional financial audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Mentor finance team members and optimize departmental workflows
- Collaborate with executive leadership on M&A transactions and capital allocation
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial modeling
- Proven experience managing finance teams (5+ direct reports)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills with complex data analysis capabilities
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
- Experience in financial services or tech industry highly desirable
