Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury operations
- Lead budgeting and variance analysis for 15+ business units
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Mentor 3 junior accountants and drive process improvements
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Excel
- Experience managing SOX compliance audits
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Big 4 public accounting background ideal
