Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end close processes and ensure GAAP compliance for multi-entity operations
- Develop and implement advanced financial models for portfolio valuation and risk assessment
- Lead SOX compliance initiatives and internal control optimization
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning and capital allocation
- Manage cross-functional teams of 5+ accounting professionals
- Drive process automation using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Present financial insights to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years in public accounting and corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and complex statement analysis
- Expertise in SOX 404 compliance and internal controls
- Proven leadership managing high-performing finance teams
- Experience with ERP implementation and process optimization
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
- Strong SQL and Excel skills (advanced functions, macros)
