Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting for $2B+ portfolio
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial modeling and forecasting
- Manage SOX compliance and external audit coordination
- Optimize financial systems and processes using ERP platforms
- Provide financial insights to drive M&A and investment decisions
- Mentor finance team members and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling
- Proven experience managing SOX compliance and external audits
- Expertise in SEC reporting and international financial standards
- Strong leadership skills with 3+ years managing teams
- Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA preferred
- Experience in investment management or hedge fund accounting
