Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead SOX compliance testing and internal control improvements
- Manage GL operations, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting
- Develop financial models for strategic planning and forecasting
- Collaborate with audit teams and regulatory bodies
- Mentor 3-5 accounting professionals through structured growth programs
- Drive process automation initiatives using Oracle NetSuite
Qualifications
- CPA certification required (CA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- 8+ years in public accounting or corporate finance leadership
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite/SAP)
- Expertise in IFRS/GAAP and SOX compliance frameworks
- Proven experience managing cross-functional finance teams
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Master's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
