Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management.
- Oversee internal controls and drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for annual audits and tax filing requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Mentor and develop the accounting team to foster professional growth and performance excellence.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Deep understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data for executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Big 4 public accounting experience is highly preferred.
