Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Direct month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure audit readiness.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for annual filings and compliance assessments.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team to foster professional growth and operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CFO on financial performance and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or financial services setting.
- Expertise in GAAP standards and advanced financial modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data for diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate financial strategy to non-financial executives.
- Proven track record of improving accounting workflows and implementing new systems.
