Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Direct all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Manage treasury operations and optimize corporate cash flow strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Partner with executive leadership to provide actionable insights for business scaling.
- Oversee external audit processes and maintain relationships with banking partners.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team of finance professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- CPA or CMA certification is highly required.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- Expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite or SAP) and advanced financial modeling.
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and corporate tax compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on business process improvement.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, private equity or venture-backed environment.
