Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process with precision.
- Develop and implement sophisticated financial modeling to support executive decision-making.
- Oversee all accounts payable, receivable, and treasury operations.
- Manage external audit processes and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with tax advisors to optimize corporate tax strategies and filings.
- Implement internal controls to mitigate risk and improve operational efficiency.
- Mentor and manage the accounting staff, fostering a culture of high performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and Excel.
- Strong understanding of investment accounting and financial reporting frameworks.
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
