Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end close processes and financial reporting
- Lead GAAP compliance and internal control implementation
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and forecasts
- Drive process optimization using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Manage external audits and tax compliance initiatives
- Lead financial analysis for strategic decision-making
- Mentor and develop accounting team members
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in financial reporting and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling
- Strong leadership experience with team management
- Experience in fintech or high-growth environments preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- MBA or relevant Master's degree a plus
