Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting initiatives to support strategic business decisions
- Manage and develop a team of 5+ accounting professionals through mentorship and performance optimization
- Implement robust internal controls and risk management frameworks across financial operations
- Collaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy, M&A activities, and capital allocation
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP) and automation technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive experience in public accounting and corporate finance leadership
- Expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and multi-entity operations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
