Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations and month-end financial closing processes.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports in compliance with GAAP.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.
- Oversee tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and external audit relationships.
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity and risk mitigation.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll administration.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in accounting, ideally within the financial services sector.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks Enterprise) and Excel.
- Deep understanding of GAAP standards and corporate tax regulations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership skills and experience managing small to mid-sized finance teams.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
