Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end close processes with SOX compliance oversight
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial reporting systems
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for $500M+ revenue streams
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic financial modeling and M&A initiatives
- Manage audit processes and regulatory reporting (SEC, GAAP)
- Mentor 5-member finance team through performance development plans
- Optimize cash flow and treasury operations for 15+ global entities
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, and financial analytics tools
- Proven track record in leading SOX 404 compliance programs
- Expertise in complex revenue recognition under ASC 606
- Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA preferred
- Experience in multinational manufacturing or SaaS industries
- Strong strategic communication skills for executive presentations
- Expertise in process automation and financial system integrations
