Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with rigorous accuracy
- Lead financial reporting initiatives including SEC filings and investor communications
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Manage a team of 5+ accounting professionals with mentorship focus
- Analyze financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning
- Drive process improvements through automation and technology adoption
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years in public accounting and corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven experience managing accounting teams of 5+ professionals
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with multinational accounting operations and consolidation
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder communication abilities
