Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead SOX compliance initiatives and internal audits
- Develop and implement financial controls and policies
- Manage treasury operations and cash flow forecasting
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights
- Lead cross-functional financial planning initiatives
- Mentor junior finance team members
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in SOX compliance and financial controls
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling
- Proven leadership in fast-paced financial environments
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
- Experience in investment management or private equity
