Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end close processes with SOX compliance oversight
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems for institutional clients
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for 15+ investment portfolios
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic financial planning and M&A initiatives
- Mentor 5-person finance team through performance reviews and skill development
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years progressive finance experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, macros) and ERP implementation expertise
- SEC reporting experience with institutional portfolio management
- Proven team leadership in Big 4 or asset management environment
- Strong analytical skills with complex financial modeling abilities
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
