Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-month-end closing processes for APAC entities ensuring IFRS compliance
- Lead financial reporting and analysis for executive stakeholders and board members
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and risk mitigation frameworks
- Manage tax compliance across 5+ jurisdictions and optimize tax strategies
- Mentor a team of 8+ finance professionals through performance development
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in accounting systems and processes
Qualifications
- CPA/ACCA/CMA certified with 8+ years in multinational finance roles
- Expertise in IFRS and Singapore/ASEAN tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Power BI analytics
- Proven experience leading cross-functional finance teams
- MBA or Master's in Finance from Tier-1 institution
- Strong M&A integration experience in tech sector
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
