Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end closing processes and ensure timely financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Manage SOX compliance and internal controls implementation
- Coordinate external audits and resolve audit findings
- Develop financial models for strategic decision-making
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize department workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel
- Experience with multinational financial reporting standards
- Demonstrated leadership in SOX compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- MBA or CMA preferred
