Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Develop financial models for $500M+ investment portfolio
- Lead cross-functional budgeting & forecasting initiatives
- Manage investor reporting & capital allocation strategies
- Implement advanced FP&A analytics using Power BI
- Drive process automation in NetSuite & Salesforce
- Mentor finance team on technical & leadership skills
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years finance experience
- VC/PE portfolio management expertise required
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, NetSuite proficiency
- SOX compliance & audit leadership experience
- Strong M&A transaction modeling background
- Excellent presentation skills for LP reporting
- Proven track record in scaling finance operations
