Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance leadership
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems for 15+ international entities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives driving 20%+ revenue growth
- Implement advanced cost optimization strategies reducing operational expenses
- Manage cross-functional audits and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Mentor a team of 5+ financial analysts through performance-driven development
- Drive digital transformation in financial processes using ERP and BI tools
Qualifications
- CPA/MBA with 8+ years in corporate finance/controller roles
- Expertise in multinational GAAP/IFRS reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Power BI analytics
- Proven experience leading SOX 404 audits and internal controls
- Strong background in M&A due diligence and integration
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience scaling finance operations in high-growth environments
