Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and internal controls for $5B+ portfolio
- Lead month-end close processes with <48-hour turnaround
- Develop strategic financial models for M&A opportunities and capital allocation
- Direct treasury operations including cash flow forecasting and risk management
- Mentor 5-person finance team through performance-based leadership
- Drive digital transformation of accounting systems using Oracle NetSuite
- Present financial insights directly to C-suite and investment committee
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years in public accounting or finance
- Experience with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and SOX compliance
- Expertise in complex financial modeling for private equity/VC
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
- Proven track record of process optimization reducing close time by 30%+
