Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial reporting, audits, and compliance activities for $2B+ assets under management
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and risk mitigation frameworks
- Partner with executive team on strategic financial modeling and forecasting
- Manage direct reports including 3 financial analysts and 2 accounting specialists
- Drive process optimization for AP/AR, payroll, and treasury operations
- Prepare board-level financial presentations and regulatory filings
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in public accounting and corporate finance
- Proven experience in SEC reporting and complex financial institutions
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS compliance and SOX 404 implementation
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle preferred)
- Strong leadership background managing cross-functional teams
- MBA or Master's in Finance from top-tier institution
- Demonstrated success in scaling finance operations for high-growth firms
