Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls for SOX compliance
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis for executive stakeholders
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and workflows
- Mentor and develop high-performing finance team members
- Collaborate on M&A transactions and due diligence processes
Qualifications
- CPA or equivalent international certification required
- 10+ years progressive experience in accounting/finance
- 5+ years in leadership/supervisory role
- Expert proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel modeling skills with VBA experience
- Strong understanding of IFRS and GAAP standards
- Proven track record in process optimization and automation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
