Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing accounting team, fostering professional growth and operational efficiency.
- Oversee corporate tax compliance, treasury operations, and internal audit functions.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Partner with the CFO to perform deep-dive financial analysis, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banking partners, and tax consultants.
- Drive improvements in ERP system utilization to streamline workflows and improve data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
- Expert-level proficiency in GAAP standards and internal control frameworks.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing finance teams.
- Strong technical expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process automation and continuous improvement.
