Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance leadership
- Develop and implement financial modeling tools for $500M+ portfolio analysis
- Lead cross-departmental budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Drive process optimization through automation and ERP system enhancements
- Manage external audit relationships and regulatory reporting
- Mentor 5+ finance professionals through structured development programs
- Present financial insights to Board of Directors and investors
Qualifications
- CPA or CMA certification with 8+ years in senior finance roles
- Expert proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven experience managing international operations across 3+ jurisdictions
- Strong M&A transaction valuation and due diligence background
- Excellent presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA preferred
- Experience in regulated industries (SEC/FASB compliance)
