Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including month-end close, consolidation, and reporting
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for strategic initiatives
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor and develop finance team members through performance coaching
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA required
- 10+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in SOX compliance and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in financial services
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
