- Oversee month-end/year-end close processes and ensure GAAP compliance

- Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
- Mentor junior finance professionals and build high-performing teams
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 8+ years in finance leadership
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Proven experience in multinational financial operations and consolidation
- Strong strategic mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting
- Experience in M&A integration and due diligence processes
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
