Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with SOX compliance oversight
- Lead financial reporting including P&L, balance sheets, and investor statements
- Develop and implement internal controls for treasury operations and risk management
- Collaborate with executive team on budget forecasting and strategic financial planning
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor finance team members and optimize departmental workflows
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in finance leadership
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling
- Proven experience in investment banking or asset management
- Expertise in SEC reporting and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to operational detail
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder presentations
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
