As a Senior Analyst, you will act as a key advisor to senior leadership, bridging the gap between financial reporting and operational execution. You will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring the integrity of our financial data while identifying new opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and forecasting.
- Conduct rigorous variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare high-level presentations and executive summaries for the Board of Directors and C-Suite executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new business initiatives and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards and internal control frameworks.
- Streamline financial reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
