Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and corporate policy.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets, providing strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support long-term business planning and capital allocation decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve operational efficiency and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and prepare supporting schedules for external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA or CPA certification is a significant plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or FP&A roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
